Title font ideas: (Task 6)

I have chosen to use font number 8 as I feel it would represent my genre and plot quite well and go with the themes and ideas of my film. My film is a comedy and has quite goofy elements which goes well with the font.

Colour schemes: (Task 9)

Summary: Bright and bold colours are often denoted in comedy film posters as it portrays a positive tone and atmosphere which fits well with the genre. The most common colours used in comedy posters are reds, blues, white and black .

My colour schemes: (Task 10):

Colour scheme 1: For the first colour scheme I decided to use quite bold and strong colours. While still using bright colours I wanted the tones to be deeper to make it a bit more serious

Colour scheme 2: For this one I wanted to create a softer colour scheme. These a colours commonly used in comedy film posters meaning it would most likely make it more popular and would appeal to the target audience a lo more

Colour scheme 3: blues and pinks create more of a mellow feel, portraying the story line, however they're still bright, helping make it clear that it's a comedy

Colour scheme 4: For the last one I chose very light colours ranging from bright reds to blues. I did this because my target audience are looking for a positive light hearted film and these colours portray that.

In all the colour schemes I included the colour white as it's a colour that is almost essential for comedy film posters and will help keep it undimmed.
